Cloud Computing
Cloud Computing is an efficient and cost-effective means of managing and storing data, applications, and services. It enables a company to deliver data, applications, and services in a secure, private, and centrally located environment. The service and data are accessed on the cloud over the Internet. The cloud computing process can be divided into the following components:
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
IaaS is a cloud computing model in which the customer uses a cloud provider to manage and supply the computing infrastructure such as networks, servers, and storage systems. The customer pays for this IaaS service on an hourly, or subscription basis and can scale up or down its resources depending on the need.
Platform as a Service (PaaS)
PaaS is an on-demand platform that allows customers to develop, run, and manage applications without the hassle of managing the infrastructure. PaaS provides access to tools, services, and development environments to develop, deploy, and manage applications over the internet, without the need to purchase or maintain hardware.
Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS provides customers with access to applications hosted in a remote server that can be accessed through the internet. Companies are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis and can scale up or down their services as and when required. SaaS helps companies maintain scalability and flexibility.
Backup as a Service (BaaS)
BaaS is a cloud-based data storage and backup solution. It enables companies to store data in the cloud and use automated backup services to ensure the redundancy and safety of their data.
Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS)
DRaaS helps companies ensure the security and availability of all their data and applications even if a disaster occurs. DRaaS allows companies to prepare against disasters by maintaining a secure, offsite backup of their data. The data is synchronized on a regular basis and is available to the customer when they need it.
Cloud computing provides businesses with scalability, agility, reliability and cost savings. The use of cloud computing services has become ubiquitous among companies and organizations. ICT companies can use these services on their website to demonstrate their proficiency in delivering secure, reliable and cost-efficient cloud services. In addition to the above mentioned cloud computing services, we also use DevOps, Mobile Backend as a Service (MBaaS), Analytics as a Service (AaaS) and Internet of Things (IoT) as a Service as part of our services.
DevOps is automation tools and processes to provide on-demand infrastructure. MBaaS is a cloud-based solution to deploy, manage and update mobile applications. AaaS is a cloud-based tool to work with various analytics tools over the internet. IoT as a service helps companies to provide integrated services. ICT companies can use these services to show their expertise in cloud computing.
